After laying in silence for so long, CyHi cracks and decides to release some pent up feelings on the label and label mates.  Even going as far as narrating killing Kanye and throwing him in the back of the car.

Well see if this gives him the recognition he’s been looking for or turn people away from his music.  Will Kanye even respond to his diss or will the label just shrug it off in midst of his small plays within the time of his contract.  Maybe we will have more diss tracks on the way, or maybe we won’t, it depends on Yeezy‘s view on the track and if he even wants to give CyHi his publicity.

In the video, a shadowy figure can be seen detailing the group’s grip with the rap star, within a Matrix-styled backdrop. No punches are pulled, as the subjects of discussion range from Kanye’s marriage to Kim, to his fashion obsession. What seems to be the straw that breaks the camel’s back, is Yeezy “obnoxiously” comparing himself to beloved Renaissance Man, Michelangelo.

“It’s time to awaken from your insanity Mr. West. In reality you’re not a Renaissance man, you’re just are a new slave that the industry uses to keep the population in a cycle of stupidity and distraction.” It’s not 100% known whether this video is the true work of the group, either way the message should not be taken lightly.

After briefly talking about single girls and Karreuche, Nessa brought up the most anticipated topic, and that being the Drake beef. While Breezy did throw some shade by mocking Drake’s “soft spoken” voice (9:14 mark), he mainly expressed wanting to just keep it moving, and stop giving him (Drake) the publicity.

A photographer known as Dano was apparently assaulted by Kayne West at the Los Angeles International Airport. The rapper has been named a felony suspect in the case, and could face charges for attempted robbery.

Kanye West could be facing felony charges for attempted robbery after trying to take a photographer’s camera in an attack leaving LAX airport on Friday.

Authorities allege the rapper committed an attempted robbery when he accosted the shutterbug, who reportedly goes by the name of Dano.

The paparazzo was said to be injured, though his condition is unknown. He is reportedly pursuing the more serious charge of attempted robbery, instead of battery

 

West, 36, has been named a suspect in the investigation stemming from the confrontation that left a paparazzo injured, TMZ reports, but the more serious charge brought against the rapper will be for the costly equipment. The photographer has decided to press charges against West, 36. The severity of the photographer’s injuries remain unknown.

The case has been transfered to a robbery unit, TMZ reports.

Dano is apparently the same photographer that hounded Britney Spears in 2007, resulting in the singer attacking his SUV with an umbrella.

The case against West has been transferred to a robbery unit, the gossip site reports, and cops are said  to be putting a file together for possible prosecution.

I guess Bay Area Rapper and Shmoplife Founder Kool John has nice things to say, yet with a bit of disinterest for the fact that there was no album artwork, maybe Kanye didnt want you to judge his music by the artwork of it all??

Rapper and Songwriter Jay Ant hit home for me, I agree I like the trying of new stuff, and based on my generation, a lot of the techno used in his album is definately some heavy trance and acid music, a lot of which could b considered as Electro Trap music, which is actually very popular right now. Lots of people are saying its becoming even more popular than rap music!!

Thizz Boss Mac Mall comments with us on the Yeezy album, claiming Kanye has got a little Emo for his taste, and being that were talking Mac Mall, a tale of two Mac’s rapper definately makes a good point. Seems like we are seeing a way different artist than the breakthrough “Jesus Walks”, so Id have to agree, Kanye has gotten pretty dark with his image and his overall presentation with his music.

If we all know 40 Glocc, we all know he won’t bite his lip about the talks of rapper releases, and obviously he has disinterest in the album title of Yeezy’s new album titled “yeezus”. The known crip went further to downtalk the rapper posting a picture of him suited as a full blood, with a Cash Money shirt on…seems like he is also taking shots at the YMCMB Family, claiming that Kanye isnt Jesus just like YMCMB aint no bloods?

Well regardless if you can say the least, some people are feeling Kanye’s new moves, and others are a bit moved back on all the publicity stunts to push the new project. Some think we just need to slap Tupac, Spice 1, and E40 and everything will be okay!

I don’t have an opinion, as a music fan I am just watching, but comparing J Cole and Mac Millers releases to that of Mr Kanye West, I have virtually not heard anything about the other two album, minus the fact that everyone claims “Born Sinner” is an instant Hip Hop classic.

It’s not entirely clear whether the cover art is an image of a clear case with red tape, or whether the project actually will be released in a clear case. The move calls to mind Yasiin Bey’s (then Mos Def’s) 2006 album Tru3 Magic, which was released in a clear plastic case without a booklet, cover art, lyrics, or credits.

Another similarity between the two releases is the lack of promotion. While Yeezus certainly has garnered attention due to the projections and the “SNL” performances, it currently has no single on the radio, and reportedly will not be available for preorder.

Yeezus is set to hit stores June 18.

A French release of the album, as posted by Amazon.com, contains four additional untitled songs. Neither Kanye West nor Def Jam Records have spoken about alternative editions of Yeezus. Much of the album was recorded in Paris, France.

A lot of people are having mixed emotions about the name of there newborn named “North”.  Of course its only natural that Kanye’s daughter dawn his last name, hence her full name is “North West”.

Since her name has been announced, everyone has been seen talking about the couple, and many people have been relieved that she wasnt named “South”, but as a mimick to the idea that she wasnt dawned a normal Kardashian name such as Kim, Kylie, or Kourtney. Some people are maddened about the news and are going straight to twitter.

Anyhow whatever the press or people of the hip hop community are saying, Im sure Kim Kardashian and Kanye West both have reasoning for the naming of there newborn daughter, and we hope them all the best!!
