Bearfaced Founder HD will be gracing the front cover of All Bay Music Magazine Issue #8, and Paris Cimone will take the back side cover of the issue talking about a slew of new records out.

In our latest issue we will be covering interviews with Lil Blood, Molly G, Young Heathen, Robbie Diesel, and many new upcoming artists coming in our new issue.

Whats most exciting, is that at a time when more print outlets are shutting their doors, we are only expanding our size and making it a bigger standard-sized magazine.

All Bay Music Magazine has been on the go throughout the entire West Coast, promoting our magazine through street level marketing, store distribution, hip hop events, and online promotions. Our distribution is as independent as the reputation our region holds.

We are on our eighth print issue, soon to be released first week of 2017.

We have done cover stories or interviews on Keak Da Sneak, AP9, Traxamillion, The Mekanix, The Luniz, The Jacka (RIP) , J Stalin, B Legit, June, E Mozzy, Hus Mozzy, Billy Blue, Dorrough, Lee Majors, Taj-He-Spitz, Drew Deezy, V Nasty, DB Tha General, Stevie Joe, Shady Nate, Ron Spaulding, Boo Banga, AG Cubano, Joe Blow, K Loc, Rob Lo, Remy RED, and many more.

After Meek’s album dropped Lil’ George fans immediately started calling out Meek for ripping off George’s rhythm and hook. LG thinks it’s pretty ironic Meek’s calling out Drake — yet says he’s not upset about the songs. George said that he understood artists sometimes borrow from each other, he doesn’t even ask for payment for the use of his material, all he wants is some acknowledgment that “Sauce” inspired Meek’s “Juice” song … but it ain’t gonna happen. Meek’s rep says “there’s absolutely no rip-off, and Meek’s never even heard ‘Sauce.’”

Yeah, Ok!! But you be the judge, are the songs ironically identical?

Can we assume that him nor Young Thug (Rich Gang Artist) had anything to do with it? Either way in the month of April they both were accused of conspiring to kill former Cash Money artist Lil Wayne. Even though neither of them have been arrested on the assumption, it just seems a little funny.

Birdman has not only thrown drinks on Lil Wayne but now there has been a shooting towards his bus, maybe it’s a message or did it come from different sources. However, when questioned during the radio interview from yesterday he said that the accusations of him trying to kill Wayne were the “craziest shit” he’s ever heard.

He goes on to say that “I don’t know what they saying and what the reality is to that but if something happened to my son…I need to find out what’s poppin’ if you’re going to shoot a gun at my child,” says Birdman. “I got a problem with that. If you gonna bust a gun at Lil Wayne I got a problem with that. I don’t care who it is. We got a problem. Time will tell it all.”

So maybe he had nothing to do with it?? Birdman during the interview seems to be very protective over his kid. Although they have had some falling out, I feel as though he might not of been the one shooting bullets towards Wayne; and for whoever it was, you got a problem with Rich Gang artist Birdman, but that’s the least of your problems when it comes to how Young Money artist Lil Wayne may be taking it.

Strong as ever and anticipating his sophomore album YG is back at it in absolutely no time.  Just only a month after being shot Three Times despite the reports YG says he was only shot once.  The rapper said the same bullet had only made three bullet wounds.

After being asked does he know who did it YG only replies “I don’t know, and it don’t matter. I got lucky because a main arty is right around the groin. The bullet didn’t go that deep, and it didn’t hit any bones.” Super Man or YG?? Sticking to the script and being a strong surviver of gun violence against him, he not only keeps gangsta but he also is back to work the very next morning as if nothing even happened.

YG after being asked in many different ways, I assume, he insists that the gun Fire had not been gang related nor did he know where it all came from.  He was persistent with his knowledge of why it all happened. YG could just be invincible.

The night he was rushed to the hospital the rapper had millions of worried fans and a bunch of moral support surrounding him, but the “hard to kill” YG was almost immediately back in the studio the very next morning. He explained to Billboard how his mom wasn’t too fond of his choice to be right back in the studio working. But a little further into the conversation he says to billboard how “this shit don’t stop for nobody,” referring to the shooter and his bullet wounds. The rapper showing traits of a legend with his no sleep kind of attitude said he has “shit to do.”

The hard working rapper is dedicated to his fans and his music. Already back on his feet and walking YG is putting in som major work for his sophomore album, the follow Up to his critically acclaimed “My Krazy Life.” He may be in bandages but YG is still posting pictures reassuring his fans how nothing (not even some gun shots) can stop him.

Our goal for this competition was to give back to the bay area hip hop community by providing an opportunity to get free promotion in our upcoming R.I.P. Jacka Issue, but soon became much larger than that when our business partner, Big Chuck (President of Poe Boy Music), offered to record a song with the contestant with the most votes at Poe Boy in Miami.

(REPOST PLEASE) The man with the plan @BigChuckPBMG has a special announcement to the Bay Area contestants (click play) #allbaymusic #final5contest

With that said, we saw that Christo and Black Krown were so dedicated to getting this opportunity, they went above and beyond in many ways to get as many votes as possible.  They blew the competition out of the water and both competed side by side under the same area code for the opportunity.  While still supporting each other, they dueled it out to the end and it became clear to us that we might have to take their lead and contact Big Chuck to see if we could include more than just one artist in the recording session.  He granted us permission and we are juiced to announce that we will have two overall contestant winners for this competition that will be flown out to Miami to take part in the recording session at Poe Boy Music Group.

Give it Up for the 5 top artists in each area code, and look out for them in the issue dropping soon.
