Just in! Hours ago in Manchester England at least 19 dead and 50 people wounded Monday night right after a pop star, Ariana Grande finished her concert. The police described it as a terror incident and there wasn’t any immediate news from police.
Manchester police posted on twitter saying “This is currently being treated as a terrorist incident until the police know otherwise.” Ariana is ok” said her publicist.
