Preparing for the release of his latest mixtape Roachy Balboa III, San Francisco rapper Roach Gigz is premiering his new single “It’s Lit” today on SPIN. The track, produced by Nima Fadavi and featuring fellow Bay Area rapper Iamsu!, is an easy-going song that Roach says conveys the “luxurious feeling of being carefree…the best feeling in the world.”
“Smoke pouring out the window like a fog machine / Biggie up loud, ‘it was all a dream'” Roach raps in his verse, capturing the laid back mood of the song. “It’s Lit” is the fourth single off of the highly anticipatedRoachy Balboa III. The mixtape, which will also feature Kreayshawn, Clyde Carson, and Kool John, drops on July 25th and will be available for free download.
