Independent label Verbal Vision’s artist TalentDisplay is releasing his new EP titled “Mood Rings” August 9th, 2013.
The 4-track EP takes you on a journey through “feelings” we all experience in one time or another in life. Feelings such as hope, love, pain and determination each hold a shining moment individually on each track.
The opening track “Make Peace” captures a feeling of “Hope” while the following
track “I Know” places an emphasis on the feeling of “love”. The third track on the album is titled “Warrior Prince”. A track on a sadder note because of the “Pain” it captures as TalentDisplay shares a deep, personal loss after losing one of his closest friends to a long fought battle with schizophrenia.
The closing track “Bring Me Down” provides that unstoppable “Determination” as TalentDisplay shares his pursuit towards the pinnacle of success within the music industry while running into many who attempt having him derailed off path.
Though a shorter project, it is a very enjoyable piece of work with great lyrics and a highly recommended listen! “Mood Rings” is the prequel to TalentDisplay’s “Keep Pushing No Matter What” Mixtape album coming soon.
