Empire, the San Francisco-based music industry powerhouse, has invested in Elevation Sky Park, a groundbreaking $6.5 million immersive entertainment complex planned for the Central Waterfront. The project, developed by Elevation XR, will feature three geodesic domes and a pyramid designed to host a wide array of music, film, and art events.
Led by veteran producer Greg Gordon, the initiative leverages a five-year lease at the redeveloping Pier 70, with the pandemic’s impact on real estate making the ambitious plan feasible. The development is currently in the permitting process and is projected to open to the public in the spring.
