Funkmaster Flex Disses Drake AGAIN

During a DJ set at Jadakiss’ show in NYC Saturday night, DJ Funkmaster Flex yells out some offensive words directed towards Toronto’s very own. After Beef built up from taking Meek Mill’s side in the Drake and Meek beef, Funkmaster Flex has been taking shots on the low. This time his shot was fired and received loud and clear by the crowd of fans holding there cell phones recording the incident, as he said, “F–k that Canadian n—a!”. Funkmaster Flex seems to be a little out of line with this one, but it is a very touchy subject for all parties involved.

DJ Drama gets exposed by Ex

DJ baby mama drama gets called out by his ex, Summer P. Walker, on twitter yesterday. The drama seems to be over an alimony payment that DJ Drama was a day late with… She confronted him on twitter and he responded by telling her the first was on a Sunday and that she would have her money later that day. That did not stop her from flexing on him on social media. First she took shots at him for being broke because he didn’t pay the whole alimony upfront, then she went on to talk about his participation in the Meek Mill and Drake beef and claims he sent Meek the reference tracks. Stating some personal dramas in between the press catching comments. The tweets seem to have some authenticity behind them, however, do we really want to believe an outraged ex? Usher and Nas release an eye opening innovative music video

Usher and Nas’ new video for the politically charged track “Chains” recently debuted on Tidal. In the new interactive clip, Ursh and Esco force viewers to come face-to-face with the victims of police brutality. Sans and appearances from either artists, the video is a dark reminder that minorities are still being held down and oppressed.

The video starts off displaying the statement, “While racial injustice keeps killing, society keeps looking away,” before fading onto a photo of Trayvon Martin. Under Martin’s photo, the caption reads, “Walking home from a store, Trayvon was profiled as a potential criminal by a neighbor armed with a gun, The man shot Trayvon dead. He was found not guilty.”

The treatment continues in the same manner showing black-and-white images of others killed by those who are sworn to protect and serve like Rekia Boyd, Marlon Brown, Ramarley Graham, Caesar Cruz and Sean Bell. All the while, the video forces to viewers to stay focused on the screen. If the viewer looks away for more than a second the video stops until they are back looking at the screen.

Usher will debut the song live at the Tidal X: 1020 concert on Oct. 20 at Brooklyn’s Barclays Arena. The star-studded show will benefit the New World Foundation and feature Beyoncé, Jay Z, Prince, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Meek Mill and others.

Meek Mill affiliate Dex Osama murdered outside Detroit Nightclub

Today is a sad day in Hiphop. We just got word a up and coming rising star “DeX Osama” was gunned down outside a Detroit strip club. Dex was rumored to have ties with Meek Mill’s dreams chaser’s record label. Report we got is Dex got into a fight inside the club and the ones he was fighting got kicked out. Once the club was let out a man (The shooter) was waiting for Dex outside. He walked up on Dex & shot him 2x’s once in the chest and once in the stomach.

Reports were Meek was going to sign him! This has to hurt Meek because he seemed very close to Dex Osama. In one of the IG post below Meek even had Nicki twerking to Dex’s music and had Nicki IG it! RIP Dex Osama!!

NEW MEEK DISS COMING?

So for the past couple of weeks, we have been surronded by social media with this Drake Vs Meek Mill beef. Meek came at drake on twitter for not tweeting about his album, then bashed him for allegedly having a ghost writer (Quentin Miller). Quetin Miller is credited on Six songs From “If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late”, but Meek is still calling him a ghost writer for the refernce track from R.I.C.O., which has some of the same bars from the final version on Meek Mill’s album. Drake latter responded with two diss tracks “Charged Up”, and “Back To Back Freestyle”. Twitter went crazy and started making memes clowning Meek Mill. Meek Mill Kept his tweeting to a miniumum after he dropped his diss “Wanna Know” Prod. by Jahlil Beats. The diss wass horrible for all the time he had not responding for a week then coming up with that trash. Cassidy wasnt even impresseed despite their past beef , in a interview with VladTv. Drake later mocked Meek on instagram with laughing pick and by wearing a “Free Meek Mill” T-Shirt at The OVO Fest.

Drake keeps the beef going with public humiliation of Meek Mill at OVO Fest

Drake is still feeling some type of way after the beef with Meek Mill and he decided to incorporate it into his set at the OVO Fest held in Toronto last night.

He opened up his set with his diss tracks, “Charged Up” and “Back To Back” and did not stop there. Drake incorporated some of his favorite memes dissing Meek Mill in the show on a projected back drop as he performed, as well as giving meek a verbal participation award and assuring his city he wouldn’t let anyone disrespect them. Check out some of the harsh memes below.

Prior to going on stage, Drake shared some of the memes he was going to project during his performance with Kanye West and Will Smith.

Drake is antagonizing for a response from Meek Mill

Drake doesn’t hold back on this “freestyle”, where he is taking some not so subliminal shots at Meek Mill. Drake touches on Nicki and the fact she is the boss in the relationship and how Meek is riding her coat tail on shows. Drake is waiting for a response from Meek and says, “I did another one I did another one, you still aint done shit about the other one”.

How does Meek Mill respond to two diss tracks back to back? Fans are waiting, but something tells us he is very nervous about responding if he didn’t respond to the first one. At this point Drake is making it mandatory for a response and is also keeping us amused at his capability as an artist to come back from such accusations of being fake. We will be eagerly waiting for a reaction regardless.

Does this show us Drake is really who he says he is, or is this a verse he received from his team of ghost writers? Regardless of the truth, I think we are all starting to believe that Drake is the one behind his lyrics.

It’s hard to even be mad at Drake when he is keeping it real in his message, saying,”Yeah, trigger fingers turn to twitter fingers, You getting bodied by a singing nigga”. Drake is one of the best to pull off a duel style career, showing his sentimental singing side as well as his real relevant and hard side. Drake has received a lot of hate for being this way in his career, however he owns it and now is using it to make his case even more true that he is the better artist regardless if it’s a diss track or another pillow talk single.

Meek Mill Dreamchasers Rappers Lil Snupe and Jimmie Wall Street both gunned down same day

WTF?!!! Two lives lost in one day? Eventhough Lil Snupe is from Louisiana and Jimme Wall Streetfrom Philadelphia both were associated with Meek Mill and his label, Dream Chasers. The question is what the F is going on? James “Jimme Wallstreet spend his early career with 50 cent and the G0Unit family. He recently signed a production deal with supper producer Don Cannon and was set to release his album. Jimme ironically performed at a Stop The Violence Rally this weekend in Philadelphia, a city known for having one of the worst rates of gun violence in the country. Jimme was from the Germantown area of Philadelphia leaving behind his parents, six sisters and tons of friends. Jimme and Snupe will truly be missed.
