“That’s not something to be happy about,” Rick continued. “But to see him parading around, still able to hold his head up every day, with all of that weighing on him — that makes me happy. I admire him for being able to hold his head up in a city that has revoked all of his passes. We’ve had a quite enjoyable past, and I still smile when I see him.”

Seems like this is the biggest Ross has talked of his nemesis  50 Cent, seems like fighting words to me.

The video starts off displaying the statement, “While racial injustice keeps killing, society keeps looking away,” before fading onto a photo of Trayvon Martin. Under Martin’s photo, the caption reads, “Walking home from a store, Trayvon was profiled as a potential criminal by a neighbor armed with a gun, The man shot Trayvon dead. He was found not guilty.”

The treatment continues in the same manner showing black-and-white images of others killed by those who are sworn to protect and serve like Rekia Boyd, Marlon Brown, Ramarley Graham, Caesar Cruz and Sean Bell. All the while, the video forces to viewers to stay focused on the screen. If the viewer looks away for more than a second the video stops until they are back looking at the screen.

Usher will debut the song live at the Tidal X: 1020 concert on Oct. 20 at Brooklyn’s Barclays Arena. The star-studded show will benefit the New World Foundation and feature Beyoncé, Jay Z, Prince, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Meek Mill and others.

On the track Rozay says,

“Feds tore apart the squad nigga, that’s why I had to play the part nigga.  That wasn’t me, it was a job nigga.  It gets deeper, that was just a start, nigga.”

After Sway asked Ross about these lyrics, Ross responded by saying, “That particular line most definitely referred to me being a C.O., and that being a job and just understanding the grind and the hustle and anything else I may have done. It’s just a job, it’s a hustle.” and then he went on to say, “I wouldn’t change nothing, cause to me it’s about who Rozay is, It’s about me.  Everywhere I go, when I step in the room, I put it down. People know it’s authentic right here, they know it’s real, so it was nothing that I was personally threatened with, I was just ready to move on. Let’s go get this money, let’s make this music.” he also added that he would take that job again or any job at that to feed his family.  Sway then agreed saying that any job is a good thing these days and if that is what you need to do to feed your family then that is respected.
